## Everything currently under Tuan's personal name

This is the actual exposure list. None of it is in Yary's name or a shared entity.

| Asset | Where | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Apple Developer Program account | App Store Connect, vendor #94262140 | $99/year. Owns the app listing itself. |
| Payout bank account | Bank of America, account ending 4194 | Apple deposits all App Store revenue here directly. |
| Supabase org (PRD PROJECTS) | Pro Plan, $25/mo | Shared across 7 projects, not just this app — see cost note below. |
| Resend account | tvandang workspace | Free tier currently (3,000 emails/mo). |
| RevenueCat project (GlowBoard) | Free tier until $2,500 MTR, then 1% | Currently at $750 of that $2,500 threshold. |
| Domain tvandang.com | Squarespace Domains | App's email (mail.tvandang.com) temporarily rides on this personal domain. |
| Source code, backend, infra | All of the above | Built and paid for by Tuan. |

**The core issue:** every one of these is Tuan's personal account. Yary has no legal ownership or access to any of it, despite the informal 60/40 revenue-split agreement already in writing (unsigned).

---

## Costs — what's real right now

| Item | Cost | Shared? |
|---|---|---|
| Apple Developer Program | $99/year | Glam & Beyond Pro only |
| Supabase Pro Plan | $25/month | **Shared across 7 projects** — not fully attributable to this app alone |
| Resend | $0/month (free tier) | Glam & Beyond Pro only, for now |
| RevenueCat | $0/month (under $2,500 MTR) | Glam & Beyond Pro only |
| Domain (tvandang.com) | Already owned, no incremental cost | Shared (used by other projects too) |

**Not yet purchased, discussed tonight:** a dedicated domain for the app (e.g. glamandbeyondpro.app, ~$15/year) so email doesn't ride on Tuan's personal domain long-term.

---

## Where this sits already — found tonight

There's an existing, fully drafted, **unsigned** partnership proposal already in this repo:
`PARTNERSHIP_PROPOSAL.html` — dated terms agreed August 1, 2026:
- **60% Yary / 40% Tuan** of net profit, costs deducted from gross first
- Apple Small Business Program assumed (15% commission, not 30%)
- Payout flow: Apple → Tuan's bank → Tuan sends Yary her share within 7 business days, with a written statement
- Transparency plan: Yary gets **read-only App Store Connect access** so she sees the same numbers Tuan sees, no middleman
- Explicitly states **no LLC is needed yet** for transparency — that's a "conversation for later," not a blocker
- Covers IP ownership (Tuan owns code/infra, Yary owns the brand/name), and exit terms (90 days notice either way)

This document already answers most of what's needed for the meeting. **Next step is signing it**, not re-drafting it from scratch.

### What to actually bring to the Yary meeting
1. This existing proposal — read it together, confirm nothing's changed since August
2. Decide: sign this as-is, or amend first (e.g. if an LLC is wanted now instead of "later")
3. If LLC is wanted: that needs a real attorney for the operating agreement — not something to draft informally
4. Give Yary the read-only App Store Connect access the proposal already promises, if that hasn't happened yet
5. Tonight's real numbers to share honestly: 644 total signups, 124 active paying subscriptions, $1,859 MRR, $750 of the $2,500 free-tier RevenueCat threshold used

---

## What got fixed tonight (for context, not needed at the meeting)
Password reset and signup confirmation emails were failing because the app was running on Supabase's free built-in mailer, capped at 2 emails/hour. Switched to a real email provider (Resend), verified a sending domain, rate limit now 30/hour. Confirmed delivery working. Resent confirmation to 12 real stuck signups (8 delivered, 4 bounced on dead/typo'd addresses — not our fault). Deleted 2 of Tuan's own forgotten Apple-review test accounts found in the same batch. Confirmed zero of the 12 real stuck signups ever reached RevenueCat — nobody who got stuck had already paid.
